UK game sales have been rather low lately, but things have now bounced back, and it’s all thanks to Wii Sports Resort.
The launch of Wii Sports Resort caused a 16% upturn in weekly sales, which pushed market value to £18.6 million for the week ending July 25th. Unit sales managed to hit 907,501, which I’d say is a pretty good week overall! Let’s hope Wii Sports Resort continues on with long-term success, both for Nintendo and other developers.
